We offer 1-on-1 or small group personal training for anyone. We realize that not everyone is comfortable in a large group setting or has special things they want to work on and we can help you with this. We can help with weight loss, general fitness, gymnastics, power lifting, weightlifting or CrossFit in a more private environment either one-on-one or in a small group of friends if you would like to share the session with somone. Many people are more comfortable with this, and we are happy to help if that is what you prefer. Please message us to set up a meeting or if you would like more information.
